About: Extracting Sale Details

Reduce drudgery and mistakes.

When one of your EBay items sells, you typically get an email from EBay and perhaps another from PayPal. You must then pick at them for the details you need to use. Its a dull job of Find, Cut and Paste.

Sale Details saves me time and frustration. It reduces my mistakes. This widget reads the messages from EBay and PayPal and plucks out the information you need. Then it puts it in front of you in a crisp format.

• Buyer name, EBay ID (with a link to feedback), and addresses
• Item number and title (with a link to the item)
• Email addresses
• Price paid (and a breakdown of subtotal, shipping, insurance and tax)
• Shipping method.

Sometimes key information in the EBay and PayPal messages don't match. The names, addresses and email address can differ. Such differences can be crucial, and the widget points them out.

It can also compose an email to send the buyer, saying when the item will ship, how and to which address.
